At the Farmer Day meeting solemnly held 14 November 2008 at Small Hall of Dom Sovetov, Sergei Chernov, Chairperson of the Kharkiv Oblast Council, and Arsen Avakov, Chairperson of Kharkiv Oblast Administration, awarded Yelena Zhukova, Chairwoman of Megabank Management Board, a sign of merit for her proactive role which appeared to be profound contribution to record high harvest.
