On August, 4, 2008 "Megabank" duly and in full size paid the coupon on bonds of series F in the amount of UAH 3 428 thousand.

Basic conditions of the series "F" issue:

• Amount of issue is UAH 100 000 000,00;
• Principal value of one bond is UAH 1000,00;
• Period of bonds' circulation is 1 096 calendar days, from February, 4, 2008 to February, 4, 2011;
• The coupon rate is 13,75% (rate for the first-fourth periods, rate for the fifth-eighth, ninth-twelfth interest periods are set by the Supervisory Board of the Bank);
• The coupon payment is made quarterly;
• Quantity of offers is 2 (02.02.2009, 01.02.2010).

The Independent Rating Agency "Credit-Rating" assigned the long-term credit rating uaA- of issue of interest bonds (series E-F) of "Megabank" in the sum of UAH 200 million for the period of circulation of 3 years.
